I've got the exact outside dimensions of the rear box. Its a parallelagram, but that doesn't matter.

Exterior Dimensions:
8.75" x 16.5" x 18.5"

1.0699 Cubic Feet Sealed

The program "Car Audio Australia" I have says for a 35 hz port, I should use a 3" Port that is 13.059" long.

You guys are better than that program aren't you?

What do you think would give a better response? I can make the box smaller or bigger quite easilly by adding to the 18.5" side, or shortening it. I could probably get it to almost 1.75 cubic feet.

I will be using a JL 10W3D2 in this with about 500'ish watts to all 4.

I really appreciate your suggestions!

In case any of you are following this thread... SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!!!

I'M GETTING REALLY CLOSE!!!!

Its gonna have (4) 10" Woofers, (2) 6.5" (2) Tweeters, and will have 500 Watts x 1 Bridged to 1 Ohm to the 10's and I'll have 150 Watts at 4 Ohms Going to the 6.5" and Tweeters. There will also be 150 Watts going to the 6.5" and Tweeters up in the Front Doors.

Altogether, it will be 800 Watts RMS. Should be loud enough for me. I'm guessing around 140-150 dB. That's plenty for me. I've seen 4 10's as high as 161 dB, but I don't want that much.

I'm just trying to decide the final inside box dimensions, and if I should port one, seal the other, Seal them Both, or port them both. I gotta talk to JL Audio, and get them to give me what they think will give the BEST SPL / SQ

This is where I am right now.

This is what took soo long - the angles and cuts were almost impossible without the table saw.

This is the Rearward 10" Speaker Box.

This is the adjusting section for tuning, and the Right side is the Front 10" Woofer Box.

This is the Front 10" Woofer Box, and to the Right is the Sealed Box for the 6.5" and Tweeter. (I may add more speakers there) That was the most time consuming part.

Here is a view from the rear.

This is a top view showing some of the angles etc.

This is another view that shows the rearward speaker.

When I get the holes drilled, speakers installed, and everything painted Grey, I'll take some more pics!
