I ws looking to add an EQ to my system. I was looking at the Phoenix Gold TEQ6 and the Clarion EQS746. Are either of these any good? They both offer 7v output to boost my low signal from the Kenwood HU. System includes 2 prs CDT components, Pioneer 12" shallow mount sub, MTX TA5302 amp for sub and Rockford Fosgate P400-2 for the comps. I was looking to get a bit more "adjustment" from the system with the EQ while also providing more volts to the amps at the same time. What are your pros opinions? Been out of the game for to long, making a return..

I know this was not one of your choices but I have two PG TI 30 band EQs and I love them. They make a big difference in sound and also what ever eq you get make sure and I am sure you already know the more adjustments(frequency responses ranges )you have the better.

cant believe no body suggested processors over eq's seems to me for sq, boosted parts of the band withs wouldnt replicate the total dyanmic range of the music as well the band itself being adjusted......i like the easy adjustment of mine the kove audio apex processors but sorry folks they are no longer available, i think that us amps got that when they bought out kove......mightbe something to think about......just my ,02.....

I really would prefer something that is within reach, system is in an F150. The components are all hidden. I was looking at the 30-band setups too, but just weren't going to be easy to use. That Rockford 360 looks nice, but also a bit challenging to work, plus i don't have a PDA to work it...
