well i don't know yet my subs/box is giving a hard time but i just bought a BX-15 so hope its good. i have heard mix things but mainly what i heard is that it makes your sub sound lower and louder to the ear but the doesn't do anything for the mic. angain thats just what i heard.

but watch out
i have tried the bx 12 on some jl/dd woofers
they start to smell
