For $4000+ I'd have a hell of a time justifying that! A Behringer DCX-2496 has the same feature set (minus the high order linear phase filters) but for $250. No doubt the DCX is less robust, but for less than 1/10 the cost... Hell, if you wanted to go 4-way you'd need more than 1 of them, setting you back almost $9k.
