To me RCA's are RCA's, I dont get the cheapest there is, but look for ones that are shielded and twisted.

The "best RCA interconnect" to me is ones I make myself .. I buy the twisted RCA wire to the lengths I need , buy nice rca plugs from parts express and go to town with silver solder ..
This way I can guarantee that they will be "directional" type cables , grounding the signal at the source and leaving the ground wire off at the amp end . This leaves the noise where it came from and keeps it from traveling thru teh cable . I have actually tested my cables against RF twisted cables . I ran the cables right next to a 4 gauge power line , mine had no extra noise - the RF noise was intense ..
RCA wire I use http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?baseItem=MG%2D3106&cat=CABLESCONN&subcat=BULKCABLE&prodClass=AUDIOBULK&mfg=&search=0&off=
RCA plugs I used in my last set ( 6 channel set ) http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Product_ID=2532&CATID=39
Plugs I used in my first two sets red http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=091-056 and black http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=091-052
If you run cables opposite side of power and dont cross any power lines , and ground to good bare chassis grounds , you should'nt have noise problems though .. I just go the extra mile whenever I can ..

Do not use cheap $ Dollar Rca's, I just installed some temporarily and the NOICE was huge, I could clearly hear My alternator turning through the speakers and a distinict amount of hiss.

stinger is great, the bullet series look sick, the blue nitro rca's are great inexpensive RCA's. I bought the Bullet RCA ends and used the 12awg twisted cable to go overkill with my rca's. I don't know if that made the difference or not but a combination of those RCA's, moving my primary battery to the back, and sanding the inside of my box a little I was up .8 DB on my second run from my all time high score. My first run I spaced and left my drivers seat in, blocking my port.
