Well personally I loved my Bass Cube. Sadly it was stolen, but I digress. The things that I liked about it were; the fact that I could vary the frequency at which the boost was centered. If I set the q value to wide it would boost a wider range of frequencies than if I set it on narrow and then the boost frequencies were more close to the tuning frequency. I also like the built in subsonic filter. I typically had mine on fixed so it was set at 25hz. I also like the fact that when it is off the audio signal is unaffected. I also used mine with a Phoenix Gold LPL44 so I could adjust about all of my bass parameters with the turn of a few knobs. Hope this helps. Mark Fenske

I love my bass cube. Every bass lover should have one. Adjustable boost and center freq, from the drivers seat!! Adjustable sub-sonic filter and Q in the trunk...I wish I could turn off the sub filter...but ah, such is life...get a bass cube. I use it with the bass boost from my amp...also a 1000a2
