I have the EXACT same setup in my Sierra. VERY easy to install. If you have a changer, you need to go into the DVD setup menu, which was truly a pain, becauseI never did it before.

Basically, with the exception of the CVA vrain, it is like any other install.

What kind of vehcile ya putting this in?

As long as you have a bracketing system to hold the units in there securely, you will be fine. Just make sure the brain is going to be in asafe place that won't get wet.

Most of the time moisture comes from a bad heater core. Make sure that the brain is out of the way or area of that.
