OK, i got a Panasonic AV150 headunit with TV, got no manuals or anything for it, and when i try tune in the TV or putting in an external signal all i can get is a picture that scrolls up the screen. Anyone know how to fix this problem.
Also it has a remote which i ain't got, so could it be that the remote is needed for some of adjustments?

OK, i know the problem, it's cause its NTSC, and we need PAL.
Anyone know how to change it over, or any converters that are available?
