Ive finally installed my sub, and now i have a wierd noise coming through the sub,its not alt whine ,its the noise the source makes when a cd is changing tracks.Not loud but still a concern ,is this normal or what ??

That is a form of ground loop. 99% of the time it is traced to a burnt trace in the head or a bad RCA...
