i pulled out the hu and connected a spare speaker and no sound,"only static is coming out from the speaker if i move the wire".
hu has power, fuse is okay, everything "button, display etc" are working but no sound from the speaker wires from the hu..please i need help..

make sure the mute wire is not grounding.
make sure it's not pause
disconnect all speakers and test output on one known good speaker
if still no output, you might have blown up the decks ouputs.

what vehicle is this in? in most Mopar products there will be an amp turn on/power ant. wire in the factory harness try hooking the amp turn on wire from the head to this wire. Did you get the head from an authorized retailer?
