A models are alpine's AI network units: They allow the decks to control changers,sat radios and other processors. Makes sense.

all of the CDA models will work with remote control as well. If you ever might want to add sat radio, AiNet changers, bluetooth, HD Radio, usb-mp3...you've gotta get a CDA model. plus those models have other cool features and some have much better displays. also the Imprint capability and 45rmsx4 add-on amplifier-which takes virtually no extra wiring

oohh i see well i dont think many of those features will matter for my friend since he is a SS competitor and he doesnt play music w/ his van...thanks for you replys guys
