I'm following the manual exactly and it won't change to set clock mode.
Should I try resetting it?

Yes, reset it and try it again... It should work!!!!

That didn't work.
Oh yeah, don't reset your ESN equipped Eclipse head unit without your key CD 40 miles from home. Quiet car rides suck!
