bb's price is $400, but i don't know how much with my employee discount. i don't know if bb offically has them out yet, but i doubt that will them from selling one

they only show cover art and we sell em for $399.99..keep in mind that they do not have a cd drive in them...am fm hdradio and ipod only!! WE have one up and it is kickass!!

The iDA-X001 will not show photo's or video's stored on your iPod, but it does show the Album Art.
One way to show any image you want it to simply put that image as your Album Art for a given song within iTunes. Not the best solution but it does work.
As for HD Radio, this is not built-in, but the unit is ready for HD Radio (TUA-T500HD).
It's also got a Full Speed connection for legacy iPods (4th Gen), and also the new Bluetooth adapter (KCE-300BT) with on-screen display and support for Bluetooth streaming audio.
Last but not least it also has Ai-NET, this is Alpine's bus system so you can hook up pretty much anything you want. One of the coolest things this year is the new KCA-SC100 SIRIUS adapter. It lets you connect and control your SIRIUS Plug-n-Play and get everything on-screen including SIRIUS replay, Game Alert, Song Alert and more!!
Of course you can add on a CD Changer or HD Radio too.
