I am in the market for a nice Double Din DVD player. I need one with great SQ potential with lots of controls and features ( well, audio sq features ).
I was looking at the Eclipes and Pioneer models. I would also entertain a used piece.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Alpine W200 with the 701 processor.I picked mine up a couple weeks ago, but it's driving me crazy...I've still got a few more items to purchase (working up on the $) before I can even get serious about the install. I smartened up and put them in the back of a closet so I don't see them sitting there all the time!

Alpine coupled with that processor as mentioned is probably gonna be the best when it comes to SQ. The 6800 is a bad mamma jamma as well, just not diggin it for the audio controls or lack there of.

From what I've seen the single din kenwood kvt 917dvd has nice audio controls. And as far as know, the double din DDX 8017 has similar controls. (crossovers, time alignment etc.)
