Happened to notice that the changer connector on my last Sony head looks identical to the AI-Net connector on my new alpine head. I'd like to use the sony esp-2 changer for the ESP feature. Anyone tried this or know if it will work?

I think it is possible use both units. All you have to do is get the controler unit from the RF kit to control the CD changer. Now all you have to do is send the audio signal into the Alpine unit. Alpine sells a DIN to RCA cable which creates and auxilary in. Channel the audio to the deck and everything should work.
