freind has an 05 g35 infinity and wanted to put a tv where the factory navigation goes. (his didnt come with navigation)

what ways would he have to go about to put it in? like any kits out their that he can buy?
he mentioned something about a kit that was like 400$ but it got rid of the factory radio and replaces everything, but he doesnt want to go that route.
