Here is my question , I installed the unit and everything is fine . Now I notice that the wire for the brake pedal and the 1 for the E-brake is what allows this unit to show movies.
Based on the install diagram both wires r to be connected to the 12 Volt side of the brakes. is that correct ? Because I ran both to ground and I got the DVD to play while the car was in motion , I was told today that this will damage the unit.
I would like the DVD to play while the car is in motion , can I just connect bothe these wires to any 12 Volt (ignition switchable) source and put a switch inbetween 1 of the wires and use that to activate the DVD while the car is in motion ?
