At first when I bought and installed my Pioneer Premier 740mp deck, the FM signal was great and strong. I could tune into the stations I wanted with no static at all. Now ever since I had my new amps, components and subs put in, the signal sucks. I get a bunch of static lots of times when I'm listening the stations I used to listen to before. Is there someting wrong with the head unit? I've checked the connection of the antennae to the head unit many times and it's always firmly in and yet I still have weak signal. Do I have a bad head unit?

I've always heard that the more components you add like eq's and xovers that you introduce more interferance into your system. [Cool] Try an FM booster, I did and it helped alittle. [Cool]
