I have a Pioneer 6300 and skips why I play my note for comps.I need a unit that well not skip. What is a good source unit to go with?

First of all, if that is the only issue you have with your present deck, I would check to make sure it is secured nicely in the dash. Some people put foam between their decks and dashes to help with vibration. Now, if you need a new deck, I can say that my Eclipse is virtually skip proof. I do not do competitions, but the deck has skipped maybe 2-3 teams in nearly a year and a half, has a memory buffer to help against skipping, and the deck sounds awesome.
