Will a CD Changer skip if mounted directly to the Sub box? The Changer is a Clarion CDC655Tz.

Depends on the box. A well constructed box has very little flexing or vibration.

I may just install the CD Changer in the amp rack, and attach the rack to the rear of the Subwoofer box. That should be ok.... don't you think?
