Ok, don't post NEW rules but please add your "clarification" to the rules to make what we have better to understand.

New rule comments will be ommited or deleted.

We want to know how to make exsiting rules clearer and better to understand.

Thanks dudes!

Steve What about ideas that aren't clarifications but aren't also rules? I am refering to things like the team name/competitor name on memberships. These type of things won't require rebuilds like a lot of rules changes would but I feel are very important.

the rule for extreme vehicles about the passenger side windoow mic hole should say that the hole for the cable has to be in the plexi or the replacement window material.

3-11a Each vehicle MUST have a dash.

Additional Guidelines:

· The plane of the dash bounded in the front by the firewall, in the back by the trailing edge of the dash, and for a distance of 12 inches to the left and 12 inches to the right (measured horizontally) of the sensor placement location must be completely flat with respect to the ground

· The relationship between the dash and the windshield shall be such that the sensor can be placed on the windshield and the proper distances from the sensor to the dash (4 inches or 10.16 cm) and the sensor to the windshield pillar (12 inches or 30.48 cm) can be achieved.

This needs to be clarified. It needs to state that you must have 12" to the center of the sensor. When a sensor is properly "jigged" the side of the sensor is actually only 10 1/4 from the A pillar.
The picture in the rulebook even shows 12" to the side of the sensor.
