I think that the amplifier equivalency table you talked about in the beginning was a good idea wayne. Obviously, you are busy and haven't had time to do this, as competitors lets start making a list for wayne to help him in constructing this table for next year(or finals).

Isn't there a massive audio 400x or something, that is clearly 2 in one....?

I think the new Hifonics Colossus gen XX is 2 amps in one case. Someone from Hifonics told me in an email that it was 2 1600watt boards in one case. But I do agree it's slightly modified to make it a bridgebel 2 channel amp

isn't that the way it is, the amps that are "2 in 1" are counted as 2?

What about the EXT 6000DRM that was used by some extreme vehicles at Euro finals? I have heard that this is just a pair of modded EXT2000's.

There are no limits in superstreet and extreme about how many board are in the amps.

THis was posted one month ago....how come no one noticed it then?? As far as i am concerned there is no difference having a table stating what amps are two in one and having a table stating amp power equivlancy (spell) if we can have a table to determine what amps and two in one then instead of that we should have one to determine power ......like that 2 of x amp is equil to 1 of amp Z...
E:
Street A

This is just an example....but if we can make a list of the 2 in 1 amps.....why can we just do a power equivilancy list......that would open up the amp choices for competitors greatly.....and by the tame Aug hits there are enough peaple on here that know what is what to be able to submit the queston about new amps being legal as a single street A amps or counted as 2 in B and so on..........just my .02c...flame me if you must....

No one noticed because no one pays any attention to this issue obviously.

you may be the only one....
I like the idea. For new comers, it will give them idea for what amp to buy when trying to make a competition system. When I first came into the sport, I had a 600 watt amp, then had to drop 2000 bucks to get a decent competition system.

Well one person who is actually a Mod in this section took the time to edit Team-Bio Rick's statement so I know they read, but never said a word regarding the Collosus

That has been proven not to work. 2000 finals had a 600 watt limit in Street 1-2. Two Zapco 6.0's were allowed to compete in several cars. They do 900+ per amp. Been there, done that.
