I was working at the shop one day when a customer came into the store and asked us to install a alarm system for him. We told him ok and we installed the alarm. Later that day he comes back picks up the car and leaves. The next day we see him come back ranting and raving the the alarm does not work. So I walked out there with him and asked him to show me. Well he kicked, slammed and hit the car like crazy. I asked him to hand me the remote. He looked at me funny, I tryed so hard not to laugh. Well i looked in his trunk found the remote and turned on the alarm. I have never seen a human being go through so many shades of red.
Just gotta love those disgruntal customers. Keep it pumpin everyone.

Honestly, too often the custommer are a little bit too 101 basic. Not evreyone, but there is always a couple of newbies users...
I work at a computer dealer and one custommer called me about being unable to open his brand new iMac... I've asked him to check if the power was firmly connected?, he said yes, the keyboard?, he said yes, and all sort of troubleshooting with him. I told him to bring back the unit for verification, and when the computer arrived at my office, iV'e checked the unit and it worked fine.
Back at home the custommer called me again and he was complaining about the same problem. Half an hour later, i''e discovered what was wrong. He plugged the power cord at the back of the iMac but he never plugged it to the wall... And he yelled at me me "You should have told me that earlier!" I assumed that if i say "check the power cord" it means both ends...
Buy a electric toaster put some bread in it and push the button. Will it work if it's not plugged?
Sometimes, you must go to extreme basic with certain custommer.

my cousin works at CDW a computer discount warehouse. And he got a call in the other day and the lady said that her automatic coffee cup holder broke on her new computer. He asked her what she was using as the coffee cup holder and she told him. The lady was using the cd-rom as her coffee cup holder. She didnt even know that you could use cd-roms in your computer.
I guess you learn something new everyday!
Peace Out db racer
