Well reading through the posts here reminds me of a compedator at SBN99 when I was judging for USAC SQ. We had a compedator in the lane that from what I can remember had just has his system put in. Well he was getting ready to get his SPL tested for SQ. He could not get the remote to work through the window and after try after try got...ummmm pissed and broke the remote in half. Woops...

speaking of broken remotes, a friend and i installed 4 12" MTX blue thunders and a pair of PRO150x2 amps in his.... (eh heh... mitsubishi eclipse) and rewired his pioneer deh-p 6000. got it soundin good, so we decided to go cruise for a while. well wouldn't ya know it, we got pulled over by cops, saying it was too loud and they were gettin calls from the old folk in town. okay, we say, we'll turn it down. but then they go and bust up the remote because they thought it was a (hehe, get this) gun or something.... well it was dark, and needless to say, he was pretty ticked about it. oh well, that remote was only 25 bucks anyway.

Speaking about remotes.... About 4 years ago I was sitting in a parking lot with a bunch of friends, and some bonehead kicked over a garbage can and it rolled into my friends brand new car. I was pissed, so I was going to go over and have a few words with this jack ass. I had my pioneer remote in one hand and a cigarette in the other.... I threw the remote on the ground (it shatered) and I threw the cigarette in my truck! It landed on the passenger seat. I went over and politely threatened this kids life, and when I came back, I realized that I had destroyed the remote. At this point I realized what happened to my smoke?? It burned one hell of a hole in the seat, just glad I found it in time and I didn't burn the truck down! I use to hate looking at that seat, and seeing that hole. Good thing it was in the Blazer and the seats havent been in there for 2 years now!

Next time I'll remeber which object I have in each hand!

Ya know the funny thing about thinking about this.... That was before I used Image Dynamics... I had all Soundstream back then... 10 5.0's and 8 15's. Damn Glad I switched to Image Dynamics. Just wish I could still drive the damn Blazer!!
