Yeah so the other night I pulled up to this gas station to get some smokes before I go partying and all. Well of course about 150 yards away I see this one dude pulled over. Well I go inside leave my truck running and my system goin. I mean I only have 2 Kicker Comp 12's and a Fosgate 451 Power Series amp. Then some other good mids and highs but anyways. The manager is sittin right inside and never says a thing to me. Well anyways as i'm leavin I turn my shizz up a lil bit and end up at this stop light but lo and behold this bastard cop has pulled up right behind my buddy that is behind me. So light hits green I use turn signal and then I put my system on pause right as I am pullin into this neighborhood. So I make my other turn and all and doin everything correct. So I pull in and the cop hits his lights and starts givin me **** on like how I was doin like 35 in a 25. LOL. I laughed and said nah I never went over 30 sir. Then he gave me the lil so me and my partner are lieing then? I said sir what did you clock me in at then? And so he got pissed and said that when I saw him I tried to run away from him. Then **** pretty much it took like 20 mins for him to write the ticket and all. Pretty much this cop was a ****. But you know what its all kewl b/c the next day I went to a DB Drag in a local town and placed second in my class. I hit like a 129.4 and other dude hit 129.8. That was a rough meter though from what my buddys say. But yeah anyways just thought i would share that.

Fight the cop....but if thats not possible fight the ticket. Second thought, just fight the ticket.

my g/f who is a cop here in orlando says fight the ticket he had no reason. also did he write on the ticket that u were speeding and if he did how fast and what equipment was the radar that he was using cause they have to put that info on the ticket just FYI....

Let me introduce you to a lil thing I carry around with me for situations just like this. You see I have a pretty nice car (2004 clk500) and I get stopped sometimes for no reason just because the cops think if I have this car at my age I must be dealing or something. Anyway I have a card I carry that say "To law enforcement or security personnel. If it is your intension to question arrest or detain me please allow me to call my attorney immediately!"
And see I do have an attorney because I have a Prepaid legal plan. So I could call my attorney at 2:00am with out even getting charges for it. You would be surprised at the police officers attitude when he sees you can and will call your attorney if your rights are being violated. The cops know what your rights are and what they can and can't legally do but they know that 90% of us don't know. So they can do what ever they want if you don't have some one looking out after you.
btw I just give the card to the cops when I hand them my license just don't get an attitude when you use the card be polite and if they ask say my attorney instructed me to give this to you.
