So I'm minding my own biz and one of my parakeets came full speed at my face. He bounced off my face and flew back into his cage like nothing happened. Now I have feathers and claw scratches on my face. [Confused]

I let them out to fly aorund for exercise, otherwise they chirp non-stop.
