Wayne's post reminded me of an alarm install I did on an older Suzuki Sidekick. The alarm was the top of the line 8125 Alpine(yes it goes back a few years), with all the trimmings. When I started, I decided to mount the alarm siren on the inner fender, as I started screwing in the siren using my cordless, the screw went straight through the metal, with just about no effort. Needless to say, I used hand tools for the rest, and covered up the hole with two oversized washers. That car must have been made using recycled beer cans. Hiding everything turned out to be a challange for the imagination, but it got done.
