Well my POS intrepid once again has failed me, and this time it might really cost me alot This time the transmission decided that it is going to act up on me. Its computer controlled so when there is a prob with it, it cuts out all gears except for 2 and reverse (and I just got a full transmission flush and whatnot, cost me almost $100). Yet every other time I drive it, it works fine, then the next day it decides to suck my a** again.
Lets hope I don't need a new transmission, because that would be a pretty cruddy place to put all the $$$ I've been saving up for new subs, amps, bats, alternator, etc....
p.s. I'm listening to a good song right now, everyone go dl Roberta Childs--Dreams

I've heard alot of horror stories about transmission flushing.I think that may be your problem, unless you had it flushed after you noticed the tranny was acting funny. I don't know why this is even done to cars,I'm an auto painter/mechanic and I would not recomend flushing any tranny. Your car is a Dodge........bye bye money!

I'm right there with ya- the trans in my grand am crapped on me...$1400 to rebuild it with a 1 year warranty. it's NO fun. I wish my transmission only cost as much as your friend's neon's- I can get them for $250 NOT rebuilt, a whole used transmission. Gay front wheel drive cars with weak trannys.
