First, maybe i have to say some other things. He is my friend since years ago, he studies where my sister studies. I see him almost everyday. That means i hear his sytem always. My other friends are with him everyday, and they told me.. wow man, your system is louder. Yesterday he played hoe by ludacris, biabia, try again, etc. And he canīt beat me. I forgot to say: I LIVE IN EL SALVADOR, central america. So things are most expensive, for example: rockford 250.2 costs about $350.

You had nearly twice the cone area, and almost twice the power. You should've been louder than him. As others have said what "sounds louder" isn't always louder - unless you are playing exactly the same music and are on a meter in the same general location (for example, where "legal" spl readings happen) there is no way to know who indeed has a better set up.
Props to you for embarassing your friend in traffic and then embarassing yourself in the online car audio community with your uneducated (note I did not say stupid, you just simply don't have the educated experience to know differently) bragging.
