I once cutout the speaker holes for a pair of baffles to be BOTH left speakers. I've never had the misfortune of popping a drill or screwdriver through a suspension.
**** happens, that's why I use clamps.

i fiberglass resin'ed the seat of my pants to the bottom of the enclosure one time. Was workin on the inside of the wall, adding some resin to the front baffle at 3 a.m. and before a show. Knocked over the container with resin, and spilled over the bottom. didn't even think twice about cleaning it up(it was late) 10 minutes later, went to get out...i couldnt move, the resin dried and glued my shorts to the bottom of the enclosure...luckily my friend was able to pull me out. needless to say i had to throw the shorts away.
