Alright to let you have some background info, first off i live in ohio and in ohio during the summer we have some major thunder storms that come in go quick and also my astro van's doors (both of them) dont work from the outside, only the inside so i have to leave the windows open to get inside my van. ok now the story, I pulled my van out of the garage to work on my quad and got it done and just went inside and fell asleep...big mistake. i was awaken by a loud thunder clap and i thought about my van and ran outside as fast as i could in the major ran storm and put my van in the garage. i looked at my aiwa CDC-mp3 HU and it was soaking wet with water, just driping off it. I flipped out and went into surivial mode and took my whole deck out after dryin it off some and dried it off more with towls and let it sit inside the rest of the day and i put it back in my van and it....WORKS!!! YES!!! i am very lucky the whole deck works, nothing was wrong with it! i was shocked. and tomorrow i am fixing my doors so i can put the windows up and not get rained on inside my van anymore.

You are so lucky.

I left a head unit ,still in the box, in the back of my truck and forgot about it. The next morning I went out and found it under water. This was not good because it belonged to a friend of mine and he just got it from WallMart. I dried off the box and took it back to WallMart to get a new one, no questions asked.
