A little background information: the newer iMac computers have slot loading CD-ROMs, just like the ones in car stereos.
A custommer came to the service dept. telling us that her CD-ROm is broken, there is something stuck in it. After a few questions, here what came up:
The person in question wanted to buy something online, and when the website told her to enter the credit card number, she put the credit card inside the CD! Like the CD-ROM is a card reader!
Damn! We took pictures if that one! No one will ever belive that!
