Someone keeps vandalizing my car. Unfortunately the cops won't do anything because there were no MAJOR damage. Although it keeps getting worse.. from being egged.. to broken bottles by my tires... to bright vulgar writing all over it. All of this in a course of a month! Does anybody have any inexpensive ideas of how I could prevent this from happening again and find out who did it?

security cameras.
Nowadays you can get some fairly cheap.

Or do what my buddy did when his cars were getting broken into.

He hid in a tree all night, and when the Pu##y came up to his car in the driveway, he jumped out and tackled his dumb azz. We were all working as process servers at the time so we were friends with cops and judges. My friend called the cops and they arrested the guy that night.

The guy was only 18 and my friend is 6'5" 275 lbs muscle so he was safe when he did this.

Just be careful, I suggest the camera method, you never know when someone is strapped.

Get a paintball gun and hide in a bush/tree/behind something near your car and unload on his ass when he comes near it, haha... and it's always nice to have a big, outdoors'ey dog to have outside near your car overnight to keep an eye on it for you...

You could try not being an @sshole that someone would want to mess up your car.
I'm just messing around. The motion sensor and camera ideas are good. Beating someone up may seem cheaper initially, but you could pay in the long run

I think the old booby traping yous lot is the fun way to go. leave a couple rakes in the lawn, fishing line between trees, oil all the smooth surfaces, and a box of rusty nails threw the grass for good measure.LOL
