well hoping some one knows how to program the remote controls for a black widow alarm system.....
its a preaty OLD system... i got it instaled on my 66impala about 10years ago... and well after having the car sit for ruffly a year i THINK that they alarm system has forgoten the remote controls...

i thought it was just dead batteries in the remotes but ive replaced them both and neither still work... so im thinking that the brain forgeting the signals freq from the remot controls....
its been WAY to long since i bought the system BUT it still works as it is.. just not the remote stuff [Frown]

hoping to just have to reprogram them and have a working system again.. rather than buying a whole new alarm system!!!!!!!
its a old @ss car...... so im not trying to spend anymore money on it.LOL
its just my weekend cruiser for now... cause of some small issues... and a sliping trany issue.

the alarm system is REALY OLD.. BUT it worked fine until i stored the car with no battery in it...

WOW acording to the model it was made in MAY 1999... still preaty old tho....
i swear i had it instaled at best buy even before then i know i did! i swear i had it instaled in like 97.... shortly after i repainted it...

and well just tried to reprogram it and it didnt work [Frown] CRAP!!!!!! guess i have to buy a new unit....
only downfall is i cannt find any decent keyless entry alarm systems... all either look cheap and UGLY or have a remote starter system... and i cannt use a remote starter on the old carbed motor so that would be a waste of money!!! [Frown]

ya im just gonna try to look out for a dirt cheap alarm on ebay.... i dont need anything good... just something that if someone hits the sucker realy hard that the alarm will go off and the keyless entry will work again...

BUT i should add... ODDLY ENOUGH.... I DROVE MY IMPALA TO A STORE TO BUY SOME CONCRETE STEPING BLOCKS... AND FOR SOME ODD REASON.. THE REMOTE CONTROL WAS WORKEN... but then i drove it and when i got to the place... it wouldnt work again... realy odd! its gotta just be messed up!

maybe its a loose connecgtion at the battery terminals...somestime if you pinch the terminals tighter it makes a better connection.
