I think its cuz of our weatehr up here. it hasnt snowed since oct. we are getting a late start. my buddies shop is down and a good friend/installer is probably going to get the boot cuz of it. I have heard "oh, its not snowing or really cold out yet so I am going to hold off" line so many times. I wish it would snow so my phone would ring off its hook

we went from doing 3 r/s daily or 1 daily or 1-2 days a week none at all

its slowed down around here,BUT the ones we do install are the $400 remote/alarms 2 way pagers, we do a crap load of those

Im basically doing 1 a day...I'm booked out through feb 2nd. And with staffing cut back-somedays the installer is sales as well.

It's dead here too. We havent had ANY snow or real cold weather all winter. Its the first cold day today were in the 20s.

damn we have been slammed some days and dead others. No sense at all really. Weather and christmas had major effects on this season.

I am not even 1/3 of where I "should be" but I seen this coming last year when I was just under 1/2 of what I normally do in a season.
