DMM works fine.
Called the dealership And they said the code for this car (94 caprice) is 13. That should be7.5k ohms, right? Remotestart works fine w/ key in the ignition. Got the relay schematic from DEI.

Don't touch the meter leads with your fingers. It will offset the reading. I put the key on the bench and set my DMM for Ohms. Then touch each side of the pill with the probes.

You are only as good as your worst install.
