how many of the data bus interfaces have to be reset after power loss (unhooking battery)?
i have only used a few of the data bus modules. i still use quite a few key in box...

i know if u disconnect 12v from the bypass itself, it needs to be reprogrammed

i know some of the chevy bypass's ya have to reset. this is why i have so much love for the key and transponder...

i do mostly fords and have not used any keys for gm's only used data interface modules. i order the keys threw howard though. do you do the gm's with a key?

i also do the chysler products with the key and some without depending if there is a door lock interface with the data like the jeeps...

I havent used the gm keys. Im in the same boat as you. the data bus modules with locks and disarm are great

i know the gmbp and the gmdlbp both lose program if power is disconnected. But the pkg series do not. I havent had to reprogram a plxr as of yet so I think those are safe.
