Ok, so I did the following last night, and Also connected the 555U when I do the remote start, it turns on everything in the car, Radio, A/C, Etc, but it doesn't actually start the car, no crank, Another thing that I thought was strang was that I had the "White" wire cut, had pin 87a connected, the "white/black" wire connected, and ground connected, and it started with the key without pin 30 going to the BCM side.
Also I tried this with a key sitting in the ignition as well just to make sure it wasn't the 555U

The 555u is the almost the wrong interface, I work the technical support for Autostart Canada. You need a self learning PASSLOCK II AND the 555u. It has both PASSLOCK & Transponder, email me if you need help.

I actually got it working, I used the 555U and the relays, works fine!! However, it was not a fixed 300 Ohms, it was 1.3K
