Jim I cannot answer your question, but I did some quick research, using my awesome links page BTW. Which can be found at http://members.aol.com/quadziman

Here it is,
For Viper info, visit them online at http://www.directed.com or to automatically be connected to your nearest dealer simply call toll free 1-800-283-1344.
(Please call them between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time).

For Clifford info, visit them online at http://www.clifford.com or call the 24-hour toll-free 1-800-CLIFFORD hotline for their local Authorized Clifford Dealers).

I bet one of the dealers might tell you. If not E-mail the proper company from their website.

Hope this helps,
David McLean

The Clifford siren has three wires going to it, Red is for 12v, Black is for Ground and Yellow goes to a negative siren output. If your alarm has a positive out you need a relay to reverse the polarity. You can also use an output on the alarm that activates when the alarm is triggered.
