Anybody got an idea for mounting a couple of 10's under the back seat of an extended cab truck? I really want my rear seat back! lift the seat? special box? I am making my own, screw shelling the 200 per box for those custom ones! I work at Ace, I think I can figure out how to friggin make a box! so, any ideas on how to get some 10's in my trick ride?

how much room under the seats. use 3/4" mdf to build out a frame and glass the bottom of the box to form to your floor.try to leave some space between the back of the sub and the enclosure wall. you also want to try and give the sub enough room, to reach excursion underneath the seat when it is down.

I'm having the same problem in my f-150 ext cab. Have you seen the boxes and www.subbox.net ? He seems to have pretty good prices on them compared to other custom enclosures that I have seen and if your turck needs the seat lift kit he encludes it at no extra cost. Only problem I had with the box thta he has for my truck is the mounting depth of my JL's is 2inches more then the box.....
