I am installing a new antenna and I need to get to the back of the head unit to plug it up. The head is a Kenwood KDC-516S the only problem is I only have one removal tool and its not working too well....could someone help me out.

I love to cut up my old high interest credit cards. They often make a decent unlock tool when cut into small strips - when you're in a pinch, of coarse!

i find that heavy duty zip ties also do the trick to unlock the deck, then gently pull on the outer edges to get it going.

i use two flat metal puddy knife's . work's good .
