What is the best way to secure them other than using wood screws?I do not want to strip the holes if I have to remove them for one reason or another.Thanks for any help and bass on.

i use drywall screws alot with the square heads on them, you can try tamper-proof screws or something of that nature. or you can recess a lock-nut on the back and use a regular bolt. oh well!

We use sheet metal screws with a 5/16' hex head. With a thin wall socket on my drill, it works well and I have yet to strip 'em out or break them. You can use t-nuts from Home Depot. They consist of a machine threaded insert with teeth on them and you hammer them into the back side of your baffle and then you use a machine screw to pull the driver tight. I don't care for them because the phillips head strips real easy. What ever you use, set the clutch on your drill so you don't overtighten and you're off and running!
