we were trying to figure out the best place, on the outside along where the exhaust goes, completely protected of course, or on the inside. it is 0 guage wire so it is big, also where did you ground it, we were thinking of cutting a hole in the wheel well and going to the frame in the back

I ran my 4 ga. down the passenger side interior of my '91. It will fit along the factory wire track and cover well under the carpet. It's a short run to the inside of the rear panel. Ott ga. may not be as cosmetic. I grounded just behind the rear storage compartment--drilling my own hole and scraping paint. You probably have done your, but hope this can help others. The above post is right--hole to engine compartment is above foot level on right of passenger side. Easily accommedates large and/or several cables.
