why you need to lead wires?? just use your factory wires??? but if you have to, youll have to punch a hole in the firewall or lead the wire through a boot, OR, you could take the easy way out and lead a wire to your fuse box, you should have a battery output in the fusebox, just lead a wire from there to your unit..... and if you need it to turn when you start your car, lead a wire to the radio fuse..... and then just ground the unit off somwhere, and that should cover it... hope that helps?????

well, jugding by the model number your wanting to wire a cd player right? SO, the wire doesnt have to be that big, run no smaller than 18gauge wire, and all you would need for tools is a wire striper and a crimper, get a male end connecter, and plug it into the battery slot, hopfuly your call will have this... if not, you will have to either drill a hole or try and run it through a boot.... do you have external amps?? you could also just tap in on your main power wire that goes to your amps if you have any??? hope this helps.

if its requiring running wire to battery, you're prolly talkin about the yellow wire:

thats the wire to keep settings/presets stored. if u connect it to your fuse panel you will loose stations EVERY time u shut off ignition. run a wire to the battery.
