I am putting in 1 Kicker ZR1000 (1,255 watts peak), 2 SVR 28's, and one 12"DD sub (9500 series triple stack magnet). My alternator is factory and puts out only 83 amps. I am thinking that this might be enough. But I am still looking for a more powerful alternator that will fit in the spot where the factory one now sits. Or add another one (without sacrificing my A/C).Any comments? Suggestions? Complaints?Thanks,

One question: Am I missing something from my system to minimize exhaustion of my battery or alternator?

A 1 Farad Stffening capacitor ought to do the trick very nicely.
Check the battery regularly and ENJOY !
