Ok, my brother's 1995 Explorer xlt has the crappy stock tape player and factory speakers. I want to remove EVERY stereo component in there right now. I want to put in: New normal size cd player, lanzar vibe 1200d amp, profile 100sx(for the mids/highs), and possibly a resonant engineering 15SE. For the speakers i have some 5.25 inch coustic components for him.
My question is first of all, anyone see any problems with those components? Second, and more importantly, what components am I going to have to buy to get the sony head unit to fit properly/interface with the current wires/source. Do I have to get an OEM convertor or anything? Thanks guys.
