You should always double the wire to the battery. If you are giving your amp 2-4g power wires then use a 2g wire to the battery. Or if 2-8g to the amps, 1-4-g to the battery. There are a lot of companies that can tell you what size wire to use based on the current draw and distance. Try this one from www.partsexpress.com : http://www.partsexpress.com/resources/cablecalc.html

That would just create a bottleneck..
Start big at front and go thinner...
If you are going to use 8g to both amps, then use 4g from fuse block to the battery.
If you are going to use 4g to both amps, then use 2g from fuse block to the battery.
Use thicker wire as main supply then split with thinner wire from the fuse block.
You get the idea ?
Like a funnel...

Rockford and Stinger is pretty much the only option I have here in SA.

They are all made by the same company and then detailed. Buy whoevers you can get the cheapest. Same for the wire if you haven't purchased that yet. Go to a local welding or wire company and get their wire. Before I knew anything about car audio I spent 200 on a Monster cable kit and fuse block. What a waste.

boom shaka.... what amp are you using to run those rfd 1210's? those are 10" right? Is it powering under rms or at it? i'm having trouble finding an amp that matches ohms with the subs rockford makes. i'm looking at 12's but they are almost all 4 ohms and their big amps run 2 ohms...

Im going 1/0 from batter to fuse block, then 1/0 out, then that goes into a distro block to 3 4ga outputs. works nicely
