do I need a fuse between my cap and amp if there is no fuse on my amp i have one before the cap of course by the battery is that enough?

It is not necessary to fuse the wire between the amplifier and capacitor, the charge that is stored inside the capacitor releases far to quickly for a fuse to be effective. The only thing that installing a fuse in this position will do is increase the resistance between the two devices, not what you want to do.
