I just got home from running some errands and there it was on my front porch. My Hi-Rider Seat Lift Kit!!! I drive a '95 F-150 ext. cab and wanted to do my install 100% stealth so I wanted to put my 12" W3's under the seat rather than take it out. I found the best way to do this was to lift it. After a ton of research, I went to www.LMI-Welding.com and found the 4" lift that I needed. Now all I got to do is install it so I can pull my measurements to build my enclosure. Only thing is, I got my truck gutted right now for the damping process I will post again to let you know the final outcome of the operation lol.....

Ok, I think i need to clear something up.....The 4" lift is for the "rear" seat, the bench in the ext. cab. I am not a short person, i am 5'11&15/16" lol. Anyway I hope this clears up that issue.....

LOL

I know the product, we use them in our shops occasionally, I just take every opportunity to make short jokes. I stand 6'-8" tall, so I have to drive an Expedition. The best laugh I've ever had was in the face of the car salesman that was trying to tell me that I needed to buy an Explorer, Like I could fit..

Needless to say, I didn't buy anything from him.

Someone with some experience on custom installs please read this and give me some ideas........I dont have the money to pay someone to do the install for me and if I did I would miss all the joy and the pride I would feel if I did it myself......
