planning on running 2 delco 140amp alternators in nissan truck, one will run truck and mmats d300hc, the other will run 1mmats d300hc, alpine3553 amp, , each alt will have its own battery,: when i compete i will have each alt. on each mmats d300hc,so i will disconnect from car,
question is on how do i ground the 2 alternators?

By bolting them to the motor with a metal bracket they will be grounded....

When I had my most recent camaro I was thinking about doing that. Taking out the Air Compresser since air didnt work cause of other reasons and adding a 2nd alt to power JUST the audio system.

What I was told is there might be increased chance for ground loops and that type interferience. I dont know how valid this is and that dont matter in a SPL system but just my 2cents..
